We take the time to provide a valuable and better experience for each of our students at Mimamsa Yoga. But we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both students and our institution. Please read the terms carefully before booking.
1. Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Course Cancelled
- Full refund (minus 25% non-refundable deposit) if cancelled 30+ days before course start.
- 50% refund up to 30 days prior; remaining 50% can be used within 1 year.
- No refund within 7 days of start or once course begins.
2. Retreat Program Cancellations
- Cancel up to 14 days prior: 75% refund (25% deposit is non-refundable).
- Cancel 7–14 days prior: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but transferable within 1 year.
3. Course/Postponement Transfer
- Free transfer within 1 year (subject to availability & fee difference).
4. Cancellation by Mimamsa Yoga
- 100% refund if Mimamsa Yoga cancels a course/retreat.
- Deposits are also refunded or can be transferred.
- No responsibility for accommodation/travel charges.
5. Medical/Emergency Cancellations
- Considered case-by-case with valid documentation.
6. Force Majeure
- No liability for uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). Refunds/transfers reviewed case-by-case.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 14 working days of cancellation notice.
- Students are responsible for transaction or currency conversion fees.
